I Deposited money INR 40000/= to the merchants account but it was not credited nor refunded. I approach live support and they told me to approach bank as the money has not been received by the merchant. I approached bank and they send me a written reply as email and I forwarded all details to live support as per the bank the merchant has received my amount on the same day and time. From last one month I approach live support but of no use as I have proved with video and documentry proof that my money was received by merchant. I am totally disappointed and I will leave this game for ever as my hard earned money has been grabbed and and no action taken by bc game live support against the merchant nor I get my refund.
